“Biliad: Invasion” is a novel about how a stateless society would deal with the ultimate challenge, a military invasion. Events happen on a remote planet and follows a diplomat called Aki while he organises an international alliance to invade a stateless land. Aki forms the alliance, then works with his army to land and besiege a city. The stateless society reacts in spontaneous order to deal with the challenge which leads to a win-win solution between the invaders and the local population.

In addition to Aki, we follow two young characters from each side of the conflict, and explore their personality development through the events.

A cast of supporting military and civilian characters will help the reader understand new dimensions for justice, freedom, sovereignty, and social order.

Biliad invasion is the first of a series of novels about the entertaining and thought-provoking world of Biliad. In this world you will not see the typical royal dynasties or tribalism that you find in similar science fiction worlds. The local population, called the reks, are not pure humanoids, although they look very much like humans. They have evolved to explore space while living in harmony with the planet’s wild life, and their technology is comparable to earth’s twentieth century technology.
